1 范围
本文件规定了湖南山核桃 Carya hunanensis Cheng et R. H. C hang ex Chang et Lu 的术语和定义、要
求、试验方法、检验规则、分级、包装、标志、贮藏与运输。
本文件适用于湖南山核桃的生产与销售。

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

湖南山核桃 Carya hunanensis Cheng et R. H. Chang ex Chang et Lu
湖南山核桃 是我国山核桃属 (Carya Nutt ) 植物中的 5个种之一,在我国湘西及湘西南、黔东南及黔
南和桂西北地区有大量野生分布。
4 产品分级
湖南山核桃坚果质量具体分级指标见表 1。

5 卫生指标
按国家食品卫生法规和国家标准 GB 16325 、GB 16326 的规定执行。对产品检疫,按国家质量监督
检验检疫总局有关规定执行。
6 检验方法
6.1 感官指标
随机取样 1000 g左右,铺放在洁净的平面上,目测观察果壳的形状色泽,并砸开取仁,品尝种仁
风味,口感和涩味。观察记录种仁色泽及饱满程度。
