离心机电磁兼容试验方法
1 范围
本文件规定了离心机电磁兼容试验方案、发射试验与抗扰度试验。
本文件适应于额定最高转速不大于 30000 r/min的离心机(以下简称离心机) 。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 4365 -2003界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
[电磁]发射 (electromagnetic ) emission
从源向外发出电磁能的现象。

3.2
(对骚扰的)抗扰 度 immunity (to a disturbance )
装置、设备或系统面临电磁骚扰不降低运行性能的能力。

端口 port
特定装置或系统与外界电磁环境的任何特定接口。
4 电磁兼容试验条件
4.1 受试设备试验配置
4.1.1 受试设备的组合
离心机的配置应与典型应用情况相一致,如果离心机具有不同的内部和外部配置,应对 1个或者多
个代表通常使用的典型配置进行试验。所有类型的模块应至少试验 1次。
4.1.2 I/O端口
离心机的配置 应与典型应用情况相一致,如果离心机带有 1个或者多个 I/O端口,应选用足够数量
的I/O端口配置以确保能模拟实际情况。
4.1.3 受试设备电缆连接和接地

2 离心机所用电缆和地线应根据制造商的规范连接到离心机上,不应有额外的接地。
4.2 受试设备试验的工作条件
4.2.1 工作状态
4.2.1.1 试验时,应在额定电压、最高转速对应最大载荷下,运转 5 min,使离心机处于稳定工作状
态。
4.2.1.2 带有特殊功能的离心机应将特殊功能开启,如冷冻离心机的冷冻功能等。
4.2.2 环境条件
离心机试验环境条件应满 足下列要求:
a) 环境温度为 20 ℃±5 ℃;
b) 相对湿度在 30%~60%;
c) 大气压强为 86 kPa~106 kPa;
